Brad began his career in the automotive business when he joined Goss in 2015.  Previously working in the service industry, Brad has over 30 years of experience in accounting and management positions.

He is a native Vermonter who grew up in Fairfax.  

Brad is a car enthusiast and an avid Formula 1 Racing fan.  He also loves basketball and football.

Vickie started her long tenure at Goss Dodge working part-time as an office administrator in March of 1985.  Roughly 1 year later she accepted a full-time position in the same role.

She is a self-described Disney-addict who makes at least two 40-hour round-trip drives to Disney World every year with her husband, Gary, and their two cats loaded up in their Ram.

Anette was born and raised in Fresno, CA where she attended Fresno State University and earned her degree in Medical Administration and Business. She joined the Goss family in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant and it proved to be challenging but a great change of pace and positive atmosphere.

Outside of work her passions include cooking, detailing her Jeep, football, basketball, and spending time with the loves of her life, Shadow and Ditto kitty cats!

"All a girl needs is her Jeep, NFL, and cats".... Go Chiefs!!

Ranger is a silver lab, born on December 10th, 2025. 

Greg started with Goss in 2007 as their Sales Director. He started his automobile career in 1989 and has been his lifelong passion. When not at work Greg enjoys spending time with his family and his 7 grandkids along with getting out on the lake in his boat. He considers the Goss employees as his second family!

Brian is a Native Vermonter who graduated from UVM.  He currently lives in Colchester with his wife and 2 children. 

He has been in the Automotive business since 2002 and started his career at Goss Dodge in 2012.  Outside of work his passions are cooking, traveling to tropical places and all things sports. 

Being a Yankee fan in Red Sox country makes things interesting!

Kyle has been a part of the automotive industry since 2007, building an impressive career as a Sales Consultant, Finance Manager, and General Sales Manager. Prior to entering the automotive world, he attended Champlain College, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

Outside of the dealership, Kyle enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Lisa, and their son, Quentin. He has a passion for fishing, hunting, and the great outdoors. A dedicated NFL fan, you can often find him in his man cave watching NFL RedZone every football Sunday.

Kyle's favorite part of the automotive industry is the opportunity to meet new people, build lasting relationships, and help customers find a vehicle they love that fits both their lifestyle and budget while ensuring they are fully protected.

Kyle's weekly days off are Wednesdays and Sundays.

Pete has been our Pre-Owned Sales Manager since 2003.

He enjoys traveling to the auctions and the ever-changing used car market. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters camping or out on the lake.

Taylor began her automotive career in 2025, becoming the third generation of the Hoar family to work at Goss. Growing up around cars and the family business, she has always had a passion for the automotive industry.

Outside of work, Taylor can often be found racing her Late Model across New England. When she's not at the track, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, their dog Ranger, and making memories with family and friends - preferably out on the boat.

Norm joined the Goss team in early 2021. His life can best be described as "always on the move." Originally from Rhode Island, he graduated from Castleton University where he settled into Burlington for a few years. He then moved to Myrtle Beach for just long enough to get used to ocean life before moving back to Vermont (for now) where he currently resides in North Hero. 

With 10 years of sales experience and a strong passion for the automotive industry, he's excited to work with his customers and guide them through the purchasing process. When Norm is not at work he can be found at home "fixing" something or exploring Vermont (and the world) with his wife, son, and two dogs.

Since entering the automotive industry in 2020, Caden has enjoyed helping customers navigate the car-buying process as a Sales and Leasing Consultant.

When he's not at the dealership, you can find Caden spending time with his beautiful wife, watching sports, enjoying the outdoors hunting, and eagerly preparing for the arrival of his son, Huxley.

What Caden loves most about his career is the opportunity to meet new people and help each customer find a vehicle that perfectly matches their lifestyle and needs.

Denny joined the commercial sales team at Goss in 2016. Prior to that he was in the vending industry for 27 years and held various positions including sales.

Kimon has been part of the automotive industry since 2019, starting his career as a technician before advancing into sales and service management. He now brings his diverse experience and expertise to the commercial sales department. His hands-on background across multiple areas of the business has given him a well-rounded understanding of the automotive industry and a strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Kimon takes pride in building lasting relationships with his customers and helping businesses find the right vehicles and solutions to meet their unique needs. His ability to understand both the technical and business sides of the industry allows him to provide knowledgeable guidance and dependable support.

Outside of work, Kimon enjoys spending time with his family, trying new restaurants, shopping, and catching the latest movies. He also has a passion for mountain biking, hiking, and traveling, always looking for new adventures, experiences, and opportunities to meet new people.

Erik transitioned to Goss from a central Vermont dealership where he had lived for the first 38 years of his life. 

He is a resident of Colchester with his amazing wife Monica and their dog Oakley. In his free time, he is a racing enthusiast, whether racing radio control cars across the country, iracing online or attending local events, he always has to be near the action.

He has a few additional hobbies that include fishing, golf, and hanging out on the lake with his friends. He has over 20 years of automotive work background and grew up in an automotive household.

Chip started working at Goss full-time in March of 1985.  He is currently our longest tenured employee at the dealership.  He started in the vehicle reconditioning department until a Parts Advisor position opened up two years later.  He took the position as a Parts Advisor and remained in that role until 2011 when he accepted the added responsibility of Assistant Parts Manager.

In his free time he likes to buy, sell, collect, and research die-cast model trains.

Jeremy was born in Glens Falls, NY, but settled in the Burlington area with his family in the early 2000s. He fits in well at Goss, being an avid Patriots Fan in Patriots Country.

He joined the Goss Parts Team in June of 2021. During his free time, he enjoys listening to several different genres of music and taking long walks on the beach.
