Brad began his career in the automotive business when he joined Goss in 2015.  Previously working in the service industry, Brad has over 30 years of experience in accounting and management positions.

He is a native Vermonter who grew up in Fairfax.  He now lives in Essex Junction with his two boys.

Brad is a car enthusiast and an avid Formula 1 Racing fan.  He also loves basketball and football.

Cassidy started in her position at Goss in 2016.  Before working here she was a student with a wide range of interests.  She studied English Literature & Writing at Lyndon State College, then moved on to study in Liberal Studies and Photojournalism.  Finally, she finished her secondary education stint studying Photography at Burlington College.

She enjoys photography and being outdoors, but her work passion is finding new and creative ways to annoy all of her coworkers.

Deb has been working in the automotive industry since 1992 when she started as an accounts receivable clerk with Willie Racine's Jeep. She eventually moved up to an office manager position. She joined the Goss Team in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant remaining in our Jeep location.

Deb is a native Vermonter who's lived here her whole life and currently resides in Burlington with her husband. She loves vacationing in Maine, particularly York Beach where she enjoys sunrise walks along the ocean.

In her free time, she likes to read, play cards, make jams, bake, listen to music, and spend time with her newly retired husband.

Greg started his career in the automotive business in 1990. He first sold cars and immediately fell in love with it. He has been the General Sales Manager at Goss since 2006.

He is a native Vermonter, growing up in Derby, VT before going to college and moving to the Burlington area. He has two grown boys and currently three grandchildren that are the love of his life.

Jay is a native Vermonter who grew up in Grand Isle and currently resides in Essex Junction.

With a passion for helping others, Jay joined the Goss team in May of 2019 with no car experience.  Working previously in customer service, he decided that with his no-pressure approach and willingness to listen and help customers, the Auto Industry could be a great fit!

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his friends and family, volunteering, and being outside.

Matthew started his automotive career selling cars in Charlotte NC in May of 2005. He has worked as a Sales Expert, Performance Expert, Delivery Specialist, and Fleet Specialist. He was nationally recognized by Mercedes Benz in sales in 2014 and won a trip to Germany with other winners. In 2011 he was promoted to a Finance Manager role.  Working with several brands and dealer groups, including recreational vehicles, he eventually joined the Goss family in November of 2019, at the RAM store as a Business/Finance Manager. In January of 2022, he transitioned into a Sales Manager Role in our Jeep store and also fills in as needed as a backup Finance/Business Manager.

Matthew and his Partner Megan have 2 boys, Alek and Nik, and a daughter Kate.

When not working, Matt spends his off time with family, dogs, and friends.  Matt also enjoys hobbies such as motorcycling, hiking, skydiving, swimming, BBQ, bonfires, and being on or near water.

Days off are Wednesdays and Sundays.

Todd started as a car salesman in September of 1993 for Paquin Motors. He moved to the Goss family in December of 2004 as a Finance Manager and has been here in that role since then.

He has three wonderful children and has been blessed with two granddaughters. He is married to his beautiful companion and lovely wife, Carrie.

In his personal life when not spending time with his family, he plays baseball in Williston and pickup football games to keep active and competitive. He is a lifelong die-hard Red Sox and Patriots fan. He graduated from Winooski High School and has maintained a close friendship with several of his classmates.

Josh has been with the Goss team since 2016. He started in our reconditioning department working his way into his current role.

He's a Vermont native growing up in Shelburne. He can be seen playing golf, racquetball or wheeling his TJ Wrangler on his days off.

Scott is a native Vermonter, growing up right here in Burlington!  He is a Champlain College graduate with a degree in Business.

Scott started his automotive career in 2006 and has been a Master Certified Jeep Consultant since 2014.

Scott currently resides in Essex Junction.  In his free time, he enjoys music, sports, and spending time with friends and family.

McKinnan was born and raised in upstate New York but currently lives in Shelburne, VT. He joined the team in July of 2019 but he has had a passion for cars from a young age.

He has worked in customer service since 2007 and loves being able to help people find exactly what they are looking for. He studied marketing at UVM and also has a knack for finding solutions to complex problems.

Kristina has been selling Jeep products for 7 years.  She is new to the Goss family, joining us in September of 2019.  She really enjoys meeting new people and making the car buying experience fast, fun, and easy for everyone!

She can be described as someone who always has her foot on the accelerator and she's always seen with a smile on her face.

Kristina grew up having a love for cars, sports, and traveling.  You never know what vehicle she may roll in with but you better believe whichever one it is, it will be a JEEP of some sort!

When she has time off, it is spent with her family, friends, and her most precious boys (her two labs, Jagr & Obie)!

Jodi grew up in Rockland County, NY. She has a passion for fitness and bodybuilding along with a love for muscle cars and Jeeps. Her prior career in health coaching and as a personal trainer led her to hold three professional titles in bodybuilding while aiding others into a healthier lifestyle.

Jodi has had a love for Wranglers since she was a little girl and has always admired cars in general. She loved to take her Wrangler, "Marshmallow" on adventures all over the NY/NJ area prior to moving to Vermont.

With her BA in education, nutrition, and national accreditation, she is well rounded in guiding people to their needs.

Nicole has been working with Goss since August of 2021. Before starting in the auto industry she managed a full-service bakery for 15 years. 

She's a native Vermonter who was raised in Underhill. She went to Champlain College where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management then went to Johnson & Wales University where she received an Associate's Degree in Baking and Pastry Making.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, traveling, cooking, and hiking.

Eric transitioned to Goss from a central Vermont dealership where he had lived for the first 38 years of my life. 

He is a resident of Colchester with my amazing wife Monica and our dog Oakley. In his free time, he is a racing enthusiast, whether racing radio control cars across the country, iracing online or attending local events, he always has to be near the action.

He has a few additional hobbies that include fishing, golf, and hanging out on the lake with his friends. He has over 20 years of automotive work background and grew up in an automotive household.

Karl has been in the automotive and racing industry since 1976.  He started at Goss Dodge in 2005 as a Parts Advisor and has worked with us ever since.

Over the summer Karl likes to spend his free time relaxing and cooking over an open flame on campsites throughout Vermont. During the winter months, he likes to tear up dance floors all over town with his wife.  He has an adult son and daughter as well as three grandchildren.
