Jeep Staff

Deb has been working in the automotive industry since 1992 when she started as an accounts receivable clerk with Willie Racine's Jeep. She eventually moved up to an office manager position. She joined the Goss Team in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant remaining in our Jeep location.

Greg started his career in the automotive business in 1990. He first sold cars and immediately fell in love with it. He has been the General Sales Manager at Goss since 2006.

He is a native Vermonter, growing up in Derby, VT before going to college and moving to the Burlington area. He has two grown boys and currently three grandchildren that are the love of his life.

Jay is a native Vermonter who grew up in Grand Isle and currently resides in Essex Junction.

With a passion for helping others, Jay joined the Goss team in May of 2019 with no car experience.  Working previously in customer service, he decided that with his no-pressure approach and willingness to listen and help customers, the Auto Industry could be a great fit!

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his friends and family, volunteering, and being outside.

Josh has been with the Goss team since 2016. He started in our reconditioning department working his way into his current role.

He's a Vermont native growing up in Shelburne. He can be seen playing golf, racquetball or wheeling his TJ Wrangler on his days off.

Scott is a native Vermonter, growing up right here in Burlington!  He is a Champlain College graduate with a degree in Business.

Scott started his automotive career in 2006 and has been a Master Certified Jeep Consultant since 2014.

Scott currently resides in Essex Junction.  In his free time, he enjoys music, sports, and spending time with friends and family.

McKinnan was born and raised in upstate New York but currently lives in Shelburne, VT. He joined the team in July of 2019 but he has had a passion for cars from a young age.

He has worked in customer service since 2007 and loves being able to help people find exactly what they are looking for. He studied marketing at UVM and also has a knack for finding solutions to complex problems.

Kristina started her automotive career in the fall of 2010 and has been working for Goss for since 2019 as one of our top Sales Associates, holding the record for most cars sold in one year!

She really enjoys meeting new people and making the car buying experience fast, fun, and easy for everyone!

She can be described as someone who always has her foot on the accelerator and she's always seen with a smile on her face. She grew up having a love for cars, sports, and traveling. You never know what vehicle she may roll in with but you better believe it will be some sort of JEEP!

When she has time off it is spent with her family, friends, and her fiance Bre and her precious little fur baby, Oakley Sophia!

Jodi grew up in Rockland County, NY. She has a passion for fitness and bodybuilding along with a love for muscle cars and Jeeps. Her prior career in health coaching and as a personal trainer led her to hold three professional titles in bodybuilding while aiding others into a healthier lifestyle.

Jodi has had a love for Wranglers since she was a little girl and has always admired cars in general. She loved to take her Wrangler, "Marshmallow" on adventures all over the NY/NJ area prior to moving to Vermont.

With her BA in education, nutrition, and national accreditation, she is well rounded in guiding people to their needs.

James grew up in Colchester and has always had a love for cars. Some of his earliest memories are helping his great uncle and grandpa in the garage tinkering on their vehicles.

He loves to travel to new places and never wastes any of his vacation time thanks to his passion for exploring the world. In adulthood, he's still a car enthusiast which is what brought him to our team. Before Goss, he worked in a hardware store and did auto detailing on the side. When Goss listed an opportunity as a Carologist to photograph and drive all of the inventory vehicles he jumped at the opportunity. After a few years, our sales team expanded and made room for him to jump into his new role in our sales department.

James is a Certified Jeep Expert and takes pride in making his customer's buying experience as stress-free and as enjoyable as possible.

Erik transitioned to Goss from a central Vermont dealership where he had lived for the first 38 years of his life. 

He is a resident of Colchester with his amazing wife Monica and their dog Oakley. In his free time, he is a racing enthusiast, whether racing radio control cars across the country, iracing online or attending local events, he always has to be near the action.

He has a few additional hobbies that include fishing, golf, and hanging out on the lake with his friends. He has over 20 years of automotive work background and grew up in an automotive household.
