Deb has been working in the automotive industry since 1992 when she started as an accounts receivable clerk with Willie Racine's Jeep. She eventually moved up to an office manager position. She joined the Goss Team in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant remaining in our Jeep location.

Greg started with Goss in 2007 as their Sales Director. He started his automobile career in 1989 and has been his lifelong passion. When not at work Greg enjoys spending time with his family and his 7 grandkids along with getting out on the lake in his boat. He considers the Goss employees as his second family!

Jay is a native Vermonter who grew up in Grand Isle and currently resides in Essex Junction.

With a passion for helping others, Jay joined the Goss team in May of 2019 with no car experience.  Working previously in customer service, he decided that with his no-pressure approach and willingness to listen and help customers, the Auto Industry could be a great fit!

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his friends and family, volunteering, and being outside.

Kristina started her automotive career in the fall of 2010 and has been working for Goss since 2019 as one of our top Sales Associates, holding the record for most cars sold in one year! In 2026, Kristina was promoted to Sales Manager, she still has the same drive to help the store achieve new records. 

She really enjoys meeting new people and making the car buying experience fast, fun, and easy for everyone!

She can be described as someone who always has her foot on the accelerator and she's always seen with a smile on her face. She grew up having a love for cars, sports, and traveling. You never know what vehicle she may roll in with but you better believe it will be some sort of JEEP!

When she has time off it is spent with her family, friends, and her Wife Bre and her precious little fur baby, Oakley Sophia!

Scott is a native Vermonter, growing up right here in Burlington!  He is a Champlain College graduate with a degree in Business.

Scott started his automotive career in 2006 and has been a Master Certified Jeep Consultant since 2014.

Scott currently resides in Essex Junction.  In his free time, he enjoys music, sports, and spending time with friends and family.

Weekly days off:

Jodi grew up in Rockland County, NY. She has a passion for fitness and bodybuilding along with a love for muscle cars and Jeeps. Her prior career in health coaching and as a personal trainer led her to hold three professional titles in bodybuilding while aiding others into a healthier lifestyle.

Jodi has had a love for Wranglers since she was a little girl and has always admired cars in general. She loved to take her Wrangler, "Marshmallow" on adventures all over the NY/NJ area prior to moving to Vermont.

With her BA in education, nutrition, and national accreditation, she is well rounded in guiding people to their needs.

Chelsea grew up in Westmore, Vermont, in the beautiful Northeast Kingdom, before eventually settling down and purchasing a home in Wolcott, where she resides today.

She is passionate about gardening, cooking, and taking long scenic drives through Vermont. Before entering the automotive industry, Chelsea spent 12 years working in product development for military helmets, building a strong foundation in innovation, attention to detail, and problem-solving. She also earned her degree in Business through Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU).

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering her time at the VFW during holidays and loves opening her home to host friends and family whenever she has the chance.

Born and raised in Vermont, Dustin has been working in the automotive industry since 2015 and enjoys helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs. He has also been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2008, bringing a strong foundation of dedication, discipline, and a commitment to helping others.

Dustin's background in both fitness and automotive sales has taught him the value of hard work, trust, and building lasting relationships with his customers.

Zoë began her automotive career in the summer of 2024 at just 20 years old. Since then, she's found a passion for helping people find the right vehicle and making the car-buying process enjoyable from start to finish. She loves meeting new people and strives to make every experience easy, comfortable, and fun.

Born and raised in Franklin County, Zoë grew up playing sports and staying involved in a variety of activities. Her outgoing personality, positive attitude, and ability to connect with people help her build lasting relationships with her customers.

Outside of work, Zoë enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends, family, and her cat, Willow. Whether she's exploring Vermont, traveling, or trying something new, she's always up for an adventure and making the most of her time off.

Erik transitioned to Goss from a central Vermont dealership where he had lived for the first 38 years of his life. 

He is a resident of Colchester with his amazing wife Monica and their dog Oakley. In his free time, he is a racing enthusiast, whether racing radio control cars across the country, iracing online or attending local events, he always has to be near the action.

He has a few additional hobbies that include fishing, golf, and hanging out on the lake with his friends. He has over 20 years of automotive work background and grew up in an automotive household.
